La repetición Premios Juventud 2014 en diferido, mismos que se llevan a cabo este 17 de julio. Estos son otorgados por la cadena de TV de habla hispana, Univisión, elegidos luego de votación. Entre los participantes están mejores artistas, actores, cantantes, deportistas entre otras categorías. La transmisión es para EE.UU y Puerto Rico en Univision, para Venezuela en Venevisión y Venevisión Plus y en Latinoamérica por Venevisión Plus y Novelísima. Las categorías principales son: Música, Cultura Pop, Deportes, Cine e Imagen y Moda. En 2012 se reemplazó la categoría 'Imagen y Moda' por la de 'Novelas', además de los siguientes premios especiales: Premio Supernova, Premio Ídolo de Generaciones, Premio Mejores vestidos. Antes se entregaban otros premios especiales, tales: Premio Más Buscado (Internet) y Premio Diva.
